Clients, of course, are the sole focus of the Client Services Department. We want to become their full service enrollment solutions partner, making ourselves as integral and valuable to our clients as they are to us. We work hard to first define and understand the clients' expectations and then strive to consistently exceed those expectations.

Our focus is the big picture. We not only look at our lead goals, but the entire process, and we are only satisfied when start goals are met. One of the most exciting tools we use to achieve our service goals is the Advertising Resource Manager. The ARM is a specialized web site designed specifically for our full-service clients. Each client has their own site, and each site caters to the needs of that client. The ARM site allows you to manage all of your advertising from one web-based site.
