It's Alive!!!

At PlattForm, our values are centered around one major concept – SERVICE. And around here, we take our values seriously. Every year around the holidays, we even have a contest in which we celebrate employees that best embody those values. We call it Holiday Cash. It helps us get into the spirit of giving, since we award the cash to fellow employees, but it is also a great reminder of what we stand for – and literally, what we value.

Why not have that reminder all year long? Steve Booth, our Chief Culture Officer, begged that very question of our Creative team. The answer? Let’s put them up on the walls! A living mission (or in this case values) statement – brilliant. What better way to remind people every single day of the ideals we hold ourselves and each other accountable for. In true PlattForm fashion, this project has taken on a life of its own.

Every word within the SERVICE acronym has been given its own wall and essentially, its own identity. The design of each wall is our visual interpretation of what the value stands for. For example, our integrity wall is a mural of a super hero. Excellence is full of testimonials from our clients. Construction is finally underway. Three of the eight walls are complete and excitement is building. Can you guess what the designs will be for the remaining values?

Service is the tie that binds all of our values together.  It’s our mantra.  It’s our passion.  It’s the cornerstone of our business.  We are more than a vendor, we are a partner. And now, thanks to our wall designs and traditional holiday cash, we have reminders all around us every day.
