The Account Coordinator at PlattForm Advertising coordinates account teams including Account Executives and other Account Coordinators in the servicing of client's marketing campaign needs on a day-to-day basis. The Coordinator is the primary contact when the Account Executive is out of the office.
Responsibilities to include:
• Takes notes and participates in client calls and meetings; communicating recaps to all involved internal teams
• Works with account teams and all internal departments to ensure the meeting of all deadlines
• Sets and coordinates account team in daily/weekly goals
• Secondary point of contact for client
• Involved with creative approvals for campaigns
• Handles weekly billing for clients
We do have some requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Working knowledge or understanding of direct response/education advertising.
• Minimum of 1-2 years hands on customer service experience
• Strong communication and people skills
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced, often high stress work environment
• Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
• Enjoys working in a team environment and motivating others to meet deadlines
