The Account Supervisor at PlattForm Advertising is responsible for managing and coaching a team of Account Executives and Account Coordinators; helping to oversee the client services team for support and leadership. This position works with other departments to help improve efficiencies and procedures within PlattForm and serves as a top level contact for clients and other department managers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversees teams in the execution of client marketing campaigns
• Trains and coaches AEs and ACs in every aspect of Client Services
• Accompanies newer AEs on client visits
• Performs employee reviews and evaluations
• Develops overall marketing strategy for clients
• Spearheads all media plans and oversees monthly media buyer/AE meetings
• Initiates new client planning meetings and projects
We do have some requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 4 years experience in a Customer Service related field
• Working knowledge or understanding of direct response/education advertising
• Minimum of 1-2 years hands on management experience
• Must be available to travel
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to multi-task as well as being highly organized
• Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
