PlattForm Advertising is looking for a Vice President for our Contact Center program, including Career Advisor, a PlattForm created contact center based lead generation campaign division in Lenexa, KS. This position will be part of our executive management team and involves complete oversight and P&L responsibility for the Contact Center program, which is one of the fastest growing initiatives within the company. The Vice President will be responsible for the coordination and management of these contact centers along with managing the data generation and operating team for the program. The position also includes ensuring the program is compliant with all federal and state regulations with regard to outbound and inbound calling campaigns.
The successful candidate will be able to drive strategic direction, foster innovation, and manage a complex and growing book of business. The current program includes management of four different contact centers with over 300 agents and $30 million in annual revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
• P&L responsibility for Contact Center program, including budget planning and forecasting
• Management of outsource call centers and outsourcing team
• Management of Lenexa call center personnel and internal operations team
• Business development to look for new opportunities to grow the Contact Center program
• Responsible for strategic direction of Contact Center program
• Oversight of regulatory compliance for Contact Center program
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree
• 3-5 years experience leading a management team
• Experience with P&L responsibility for at least a $5 million gross income company or division
