A conversation with Tracy Kreikemeier, CMO

Don’t tell Tracy Kreikemeier that you don’t have the power to control your future. She believes that "life is a series of choices, not just a series of events that happen to you. I don’t feel like I’m along for the ride. I feel like I’m driving the car."

As such, Tracy has made herself a familiar face in boardrooms across the country. And with more than 10 years under her PlattForm belt, she has been a key player in building our cherished client relationships. Her accomplishments were officially recognized in 2010 when the Kansas City Business Journal named her "One of Kansas City’s Most Influential Women."

Her energy is truly endless, especially when it comes to maintaining client satisfaction and inspiring others to succeed. And like many of her executive peers, Tracy’s source of motivation is the people she works with. “I feel like people here are invested. It makes you feel more confident about what we’re doing for our clients.”

She is currently pursuing her MBA at the University of Kansas. When asked what she hopes to achieve through the process, she explains: “I don’t want to back myself into a corner with my management style or ideas. I want to continue to build my opinions and leadership style." It’s safe to say that, as Tracy follows her path of professional development, she will remain a driving force behind PlattForm’s continued evolution.
